fantastic city stay
rustic table helpful staff room amenities
i found two tvs in the room, a great surprise. i really liked the rustic makeup table and the provided amenities. the staff was very attentive and helpful. i will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends for future stays here.
the toilet was not functioning properly in my first room. i requested a room change to resolve this issue. thankfully, the hotel provided a much better alternative room.

convenient location elegant bathroom sluggish shower drain issue
The location is excellent. i found it very convenient, close to many key attractions. my room was comfortable and well-designed. the bathroom was also elegant. i liked the electric outlet by the mirror in the bedroom. It was a thoughtful touch.
my stay had a couple issues. there was a sluggish shower drain, a detail i did not expect at this level. i was told nothing could be done, and i showered with water above my ankles. it was not ideal.
